Arabian Princess & a freebie

I have really slacked off on my scrapbooking this year, but I did a couple last week using the new kit "Arabian Princess" by Mommy Made This--on sale right now HERE at Scraps N Pieces.

For the first one, I also used one of Memories by Digital Designs' Arabian Princess templates.  I hope nobody thinks it's too weird that I put my nieces' photos next to a tiger, but I figured the date & place were enough to explain that!

For this one, I wanted to do a simple page that would be good for anything--I was thinking "paper stacker."  Then I remembered that it has been a looong time since I did any challenges over at SNP so I thought I'd pick one of them.  It's a bit generic, but I had no internet that night and couldn't remember what all my choices were...

AND I saved the cluster for you, too.  I decided to take it off the "page starter" since probably most people don't have a big aqua-green dinosaur photo to use with it. :)

Mermaid Princess and a freebie

I've been way busier than I thought I'd be this summer, but I did finally do a teensy bit of scrapbooking.  I have used this photo before, but now I finally had the right kit for it--the new Mermaid Princess from Mommy Made This.  (And it's on sale right now at Scraps N Pieces!)

Bayou Princess & a Freebie

Another Princess of the Month kit from Mommy Made This--Bayou Princess.  I love the greens and blues--perfect for boy pages, too!  The purple is such a pretty highlight and, in my opinion, you can never go wrong with brown.  Don't you just love the little firefly who will blend right into the leaves?You can pick it up at Scraps N Pieces.  Here's what you get in the kit:

I just finished the Designer Mentoring Class at Scraps N Pieces (again.)  So now I get to show everybody what I made and how you can download it.  Not only that, but there were SEVEN teams, so there is a lot more you can get--all for FREE!  (You will need to register at the SNP forum if you're not a member already.  They promise to get right on it so new people won't have to wait long.)

So, here's my part of the team kit.  Our Theme was "It's a Girl Thing."  At first, we all thought of chocolate and treats when we saw the rich brown color in the palette, but nobody seems to have gone that way with their designs.  I hope you like it and can find something you want to use.
